Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart
Anne Celeste Heche (born in 1939) was an American actress who played various characters in films, TV as well as the stage. She was awarded numerous awards like her Daytime Emmy Award for her performance in the theater and on television. Anne Celeste Heche, born May 25, 1969 in the city of New York and died August 11, 2022 in the city of Los Angeles is an American actress. Her debut role was that of twins Vicky Hudson & Marley Love in the soap drama Another World from 1987-1991. She won a Daytime Emmy Award & two Soap Opera Digest Awards. In the late 1990s she gained more attention with her part in the movie Donnie Brasco, a crime drama. Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney September. 6 in 1953) was an American film actress. She is best known for her role as Lieutenant Sheba in the popular television show Battlestar Galactica (1978-1979). Lockhart is the daughter of the actress June Lockhart and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart was a young actress at the time her professional career started. The film T is for Tumbleweed, her first movie role was at four years old. This short film about a subject matter was nominated for an Oscar award. The actress accompanied her mother around the location where she was taught about the inner workings behind the business. Lockhart was even a part of several Lassie episodes. Dora in Jory, 1972 was Lockhart's first film. The Sixth Sense was a program on television that was aired in 1972. When she was 18 years old, she portrayed Joan Crawford, Joan's daughter. Joan was the final actress in the series to be featured on The Sixth sense. There is a popular belief that Anne did not want to play the part of Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's 1978 thriller Halloween which was later cast for Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter claims that she was in his thoughts to play the character however she decided to decline the role. Anne doesn't remember John Carpenter contacting her or suggesting the role. Agents could have rejected the role in her name and without her knowledge. Glen Larson chose her initially and sent her a preliminarily written script. She would play in the TV series Battlestar Galactica, which aired beginning in 1978. She initially refused the part since the character wasn't strong. Glen came up with a completely new character to play for her with Sheba as a stronger character. After having read the initial 25 pages of the story The Living Legend she accepted the part immediately. The program ran for one episode. She appeared in Joyride, a 1977 movie with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine (son Desi Arnaz Jr. Lucille and Lucille) as well as with Robert Carradine. In 1987 she co-starred alongside Michael Moriarty and The Dark Tower.
